To make it easy to see when you have a new client booked in!
Your Slick diary will alert you with a NEW icon on the client's appointment card.

How do you know they are a new client?
Any client that has no previous booking checked-out will be marked as new.
This means we rely on you and your staff to make sure the client's profile and history is up to date. Here are some examples of when an existing client might still show up as new even though they have visited before:
If your client was previously booked in under a different name e.g Steph vs Stef. It is important to check your duplicates using our Merge tool.
If your client was previously booked in but their booking was not checked out or marked as arrived then we do not know if their previous visit took place or not so they will still be marked as new.
In order to ensure clients are correctly marked as new please ensure duplicates are merged and all bookings are checked out or marked as arrived.
Please note the new self-employed / employed cash up and reports allow all bookings to be checked out.
