IMPORTANT: Please note that if you have confirmed your client's booking manually, they will not receive an SMS Reminder before their booking.
If your client has confirmed their booking, you can mark their booking as 'confirmed' by simply opening the booking modal and clicking 'confirm'. If your client responds to an SMS to confirm, this will be done automatically.
Once confirmed, the bookings will be ticked on the calendar, so you know who is definitely coming in!
To find out what the other symbols on the calendar mean, simply click the Glossary button on the top right of the calendar page.
