How to make changes to your Stripe account

Make changes to your Stripe account including change payout, bank and remove your Stripe account.

Changing Stripe payout and bank details

Log in to Stripe Express

  • Go to https://connect.stripe.com/express_login or from Online booking, e vouchers and payments - Staff: Online Services, Stripe Accounts & Tips. Click 'Stripe login' next to your name.

  • Enter your email and log in.

Check your payout schedule

  • Check your upcoming payout date on this dashboard.

  • If you want to change this then select 'Update'.

Edit Payout Schedule

  • Choose how often you want to be paid (daily, weekly, or monthly) and select the day of the week/month.

  • Save your changes.

Edit the bank Stripe will pay you into

  • Under 'Destination' select 'Edit' and change your bank details.


When does it take effect?

Your new payout schedule starts right away, but your bank might still take a day or two to process payouts.

Selling your salon

To entirely remove the Stripe account please send us a message via the Live Chat and our technical team will remove entirely the link between your Slick salon and Stripe accounts.

Making changes from Sole trader to Company or via versa on Stripe.

The way to change this is to setup a new account. It is not currently possible to amend your business type on a Stripe account.

Our advice is to detach your current Stripe account. To entirely remove the Stripe account please send us a message via the Live Chat and our technical team will remove entirely the link between your Slick salon and Stripe accounts.

You can then setup a new Stripe account with a completely different or a different version of your email (ie salonname+slick@gmail) and select the correct business type. Please note that your mobile number and bank account details and everything else can be the same.
