• Plug your main Reception device into an ethernet cable. This gives your device a clear internet connection with no 'noise' from other devices connected to your wifi. Please find more info here.

• Please do a general clear up of the main device used in salon. This can be deleting old files, programmes and images from the device to speed up the processor and improve device health. You can also check for updates on your device.

• Never access Slick through a shortcut, only ever through your browser. Please save your login details on Chrome or Safari to ensure speedy login. You can also clear the history of your browser to speed this up.
