How to send a text blast!

Need to blast message all or some or your clients with news? Send messages to mass numbers of clients following these steps.

Send a mass message to a large group of clients to keep them updated on business changes or urgent updates.

1. Head to Menu - Clients, Notifications & Marketing.

2. Select your clients.

You can use the Client groups tab to choose a list of clients to message or click on 'Clients' to load your full list of clients and define this way.

3. Assess these clients!

Once you have checked over and narrowed down your list down to the clients you want to message, click on 'Create Text Blast'.

4. Compose your message in the box you will see below.

Make sure to add your consultation link or booking link depending on the contents of your message.

โ€‹*Please also be aware of the fact that the first message sent to ANY client will include a GDPR message to allow clients to opt in or out of marketing. These use your marketing credits and are a legal requirement.

*Make sure to tick the t&c's box "I agree to take full responsibility..."

5. You will then be shown a pop-up like the one below which will state how many text credits you are about to use.

This will help you to be aware of how many credits your message will cost you. If you need to buy more credits, click on "Get more texts" on the Clients page OR on the Calendar page as seen below.

6. Head to Clients and marketing> 'Sent Messages' to see the progress of your message with your spend vs revenue data.
