How to use text messages to tell your clients about important news or urgent updates e.g sickness or disruption

If you need to do a quick update to all of next week's clients check out the steps here!

Step 1

Go to Clients, notifications and marketing and go to 'All clients' at the top!


If you want to message all clients coming in this week. Click on the filter 'next visit' and select 'an appointment in the next 7 days'.

Step 2

This shows a summary of all the clients. Those ticked on the left hand-side will receive your message. You can un-tick any clients you don't want to receive the message.

NB: Slick automatically removes any duplicates so one client will only ever receive the message once.

Step 3

Write your own message telling your clients what they need to know. Don't forget to add your name at the end and a phone number for the business. 

Please note - Make sure you tick the 'terms box' as you see above!

Step 4

Next! You will be advised at this point the cost for sending this message to your clients. If you have enough credits you can go ahead and send. Otherwise you will need to add credits.

Just copy your pre-written message, go buy your credits from the 'Get more texts' button and then 'Create text blast', paste your message and send!!
