Viewing SMS and email logs in the client profile

How to check SMS and email communication history with a client from the new Messages tab in the client profile.

The Messages tab

The client profile now has a 'Messages' tab where you can see all SMS and email communication with a client in one place.

SMS log

The SMS log shows your full text message history with the client β€” including reminders, marketing messages, and any replies they've sent.

If the client hasn't opted out of SMS, you can also send a new text message directly from this log.

Before sending an SMS

Make sure the client hasn't opted out of SMS messages before sending. If they've texted STOP to your Slick number, they won't receive any messages until they text START again.

Email log

If you use email marketing, you can see which email blasts have been sent to the client from this tab.

This is a read-only view β€” it pulls from your email analytics so you can quickly check what's been sent without leaving the client profile.
