SMS reminders are sent to clients ahead of their bookings to help reduce no-shows
SMS Reminder Facts
SMS reminder be sent to your clients either 24, 48 or 72 hours before their booking start time
Clients can reply with a 'Y' which will confirm their booking in your calendar
Clients will only be sent a reminder if:
β they have a valid mobile number
β their booking is more than 24, 48 or 72 hours away (depending on which one you have chosen)
β their booking wasn't previously moved after the 1st SMS reminder was sent
β their SMS reminder preferences in their profile is not set to 'off'
SMS reminders can't be edited but the option to have 'N to cancel' instead of 'call the salon to cancel' can be changed by contacting us on Live Chat
SMS reminders will not be sent if the booking has been confirmed in the salon by pressing 'Confirm' on the booking
