Step by step
1 - Click 'NEW' on the top right of the calendar.
2 - Then select 'voucher sale'.
This will open up the voucher sale window on the right hand side of the screen.
You can then add the below details.
The voucher code, one will be added automatically but you can type the code if you have physical vouchers.
The voucher value.
How long the voucher is valid for - standard is 12 months. You can choose from 6, 8, 12 or 24 months.
Who is receiving the voucher.
Who bought the voucher.
Which stylist sold this voucher.
How was this voucher paid for.
Once you have added all of this information just click on complete sale. If you are a SlickPay salon the option 'card' will automatically trigger your card reader! Simple!
Next, add the recipient email in the pop up window below to send a voucher receipt to them direct!
Once created, you can view and delete your vouchers from the menu - gift vouchers. If you need to edit a voucher please let us know via the Live chat.
Note: If you want to change the voucher expiry from 12 months to 6, please reach out to customer support. For vouchers sold in the salon, you can edit the expiry while selling the voucher.
