Step by step
Go to menu - Gift voucher tracking.
Find the voucher you wish to remove from the system. You can search from the text box for the voucher code, recipient name or purchaser!
Once you have found the voucher you wish to delete, select 'details/delete' here.
Click on 'Delete voucher'.
Confirm that you want to delete the voucher.
Once you select 'YES', the voucher will be removed from the list!

Please note, this will not refund your client. You need to refund the cash or card in store payment to the client in salon.
To refund a voucher that was bought online please contact the Customer support team via the chat bubble and they action a refund for you.
Please note - You cannot delete a voucher that has been used or partially used.
