Do you sell gift vouchers online via your Slick online booking link? If not, find out more here on how to set this up.

It's so quick and can make you up to £500 extra revenue every month when promoted on socials and in store!

Selling a voucher

If you sell a voucher via the online link - the money for this will go directly TO THE SALON as per the schedule here. Therefore, the salon owner will have to transfer the cost of the voucher directly to you, the self employed staff member.

You will receive a notification on the notification tab as you see here when a voucher is sold online!

This will show on menu - daily cash up. PLEASE NOTE - this voucher fee will only contribute to the revenue reports when claimed against a service.

Using a voucher

When the lucky client arrives to the salon, the voucher should be used at the check out.

To use it, simply search for the voucher code in this box which can be found on the left hand side of the check out page.

Organise your payments in salon for this voucher!

If the voucher is checked out by a stylist, the amount needs to be paid from the salon account.

You can determine how much is owed to the salon by taking a look at the daily cash up for the day on which the voucher was used.

For example, here the payment of £20 was taken using 50/50 voucher and cash. In this case, the salon owes the stylist £10 for the 'voucher redeemed' section.

To check the amount that was transferred minus fees please check from 'SlickPay via Stripe' section.
