Through Slick you can sell E-gift vouchers! A great way to boost cash flow and keep clients loyal. Clients can buy a voucher and receive it themselves or send the voucher via email to a loved one.
How to Set Up
You can enable online gift vouchers for your salon by going to Menu> Online booking and payments > E-gift Vouchers and turning the toggle on
You must have a Stripe account set up to enable E-Gift vouchers, this is so we have somewhere to send the money when people buy them!
You do not need to have online booking enabled to sell gift vouchers online.

If you do NOT have a Stripe account, please follow these steps
If you DO have Stripe set up then please follow the steps below.
You will see this popup, follow the instructions to provide additional info to Stripe in order to enable gift vouchers.
You will see this at the top of the page, click "Update info".
Scroll to the bottom of this page:
At the bottom you will see this, select platform settings:
Fill out all sections that have "Missing required information".
Press done when complete.
Once done, return to slick enable the toggle again in e-gift vouchers.
Once it is enabled, your clients will see this shiny new "buy a gift voucher" button on your online booking page.
Tracking Voucher Sales
When someone buys a gift voucher you will get a notification in your activity feed:
You can view all your gift vouchers in Menu> Gift vouchers.
What the client sees
When they have bought a gift voucher, they or the recipient will get this email with your logo on it:
Please note: Slick E-vouchers cannot be delivered to @nhs.net emails due to spam filters.
FAQ's
How do I change the expiry date?
The default expiry date is 1 year from the purchase date. If you would like to change the expiry date to 6, 18 or 24 months please contact customer support and they can do this for you.
What are the fees on E vouchers?
For all online payments they are - 2.17% + 27p (plus VAT) = 2.6% + 32p. This works out to roughly 98p per Β£25 transaction.
