Access on Desktop
Click the ion above on the top right of the calendar!
Access in App
Select the notification 'bell' icon from the home page of the calendar on our app and filter by the notifications you want to see or simply scroll all to see past dates !
The red dot will appear to show new notifications. A notification will be 'unread' on all email logins.
If one login 'sees' this notification, it will still show as unread for all others.
Items that are "unread" will also be marked with the red dot (see below), to show these have been seen or actioned you can click 'Mark as read' to clear.
What notifications you might get!
Replies to text reminders confirming appointments will use a green icon.
Replies to text reminders with a message response (anything other than "Y") will use a yellow icon.
Replies to text reminders cancelling appointments will use a red icon.
As well as those cancelling online!!
You will also receive notifications of appointments booked online.
Deposits paid.
