Sending offers to lapsed clients

Get valuable clients back into the chair with targeted offers for those who haven't been seen for a while

It is 25 times more expensive to win a new client than retain an existing client! If you have a client who hasn't been seen in more than 12 weeks then we need to ask why haven't they been in and don't have a future appointment?

If they don't have a future appointment with you, why not send them an offer to get them to book back in.
