How to use text messages to tell your clients about important news or urgent updates e.g sickness or disruption

Step 1

Go to Marketing and you will see the screen below
If you want to message all clients coming in this week. Click on the "Notify clients coming in this week" box. Or click on "View all my clients"

Step 2

This shows a summary of all the clients. Those ticked will receive your message. You can un-tick any clients you don't want to receive the message.

NB: Slick automatically removes any duplicates so one client will only ever receive the message once.

Step 3

Write your own message telling your clients what they need to know. Don't forget to add your name at the end and a phone number for the business. 

Step 4

Send! You will be advised at this point the cost for sending this message to your clients and this will be added to your next bill.
