Here, we will show you how to find regular clients who haven't been in for a while AND don't have a future appointment
Step 1
Go the the Menu > Clients, notification & Marketing, select "ALL CLIENTS"
Step 2
Click on NEXT VISIT and select Not got a future appointment
Step 3
Click on DATE Range and select a date range
Tip: do a date range that is 6 months or more to capture a spread of 'regular' clients. I.e if you are in December, your date range might be May- November
