Who will this go to?
This will automatically be delivered to all clients who:
Visited and did not cancel or no-show
Do not have a future booking or repeat booking
Did not make another booking in-salon or online within 24 hours after their initial appointment
How much does this cost?
Less than a lost client!
Each text costs 7p + VAT.
If you re-book a client in-salon then no message is sent so 0 cost.
If they don't rebook then you are charged 7p + VAT. If that message brings in a £50 booking then 7p is a small price to pay.
