Getting staff to re-book clients can be hard!

Asking clients if they would like to re-book is a great way to offer 5-star service but also ensure a full diary. Here's how to make it easy with Slick!

Automated re-book messages

Create your own personalised message that will go out to your clients who have not rebooked in salon or don't have a future booking.

How do i set this up?

Easy! You can set this up using the button below!


Who will this go to?

This will automatically be delivered to all clients who:

  • Visited and did not cancel or no-show

  • Do not have a future booking or repeat booking

  • Did not make another booking in-salon or online within 24 hours after their initial appointment


How much does this cost?

Less than a lost client!

Each text costs 7p + VAT.

If you re-book a client in-salon then no message is sent so 0 cost.

If they don't rebook then you are charged 7p + VAT. If that message brings in a £50 booking then 7p is a small price to pay.
