How to set up Automated Marketing.
To set up your automated messages, please head to Clients,Notifications & Marketing and then 'Automated Texts'.
You can choose from the below sms.
Rebooking - Maximise your rebooking rate by reminding clients who visited yesterday to rebook if they haven’t got a future appointment already
Boost reviews - Boost your online presence by asking clients to leave a review on your Google or Facebook page. Ratings & reviews are the best way to attract new clients.
Retain new clients - Make your new clients feel valued by asking them to leave a review and encourage them to book back in for a second visit with you.
7 week prompt - Give clients who haven’t visited for 7 weeks a friendly nudge to book back in. Client retention is key to a successful business so don’t let them slip away.
12 week prompt - Give clients who haven’t visited for 12 weeks a friendly nudge to book back in. Client retention is key to a successful business so don’t let them slip away.
24 week prompt - Give clients who haven’t visited for 24 weeks a friendly nudge to book back in. Client retention is key to a successful business so don’t let them slip away.
Birthday sms - Everyone loves a HAPPY BIRTHDAY! Send your dear clients a birthday greeting to show how much you love and value them!
To enable them, click 'here' under the 'disabled' button.
To disable them, click the same button!
How do I edit the messages?
To edit the message just select 'edit message' and then fill the box below. then click 'save message'.
How do I know how much I will be charged?
