Making sure you're on the most recent release can sometimes solve your problem!
If you've got an issue and you contact us, we may ask you what your version of Slick is. This can be found as the final item on the calendar menu list below!
The version number lets us know what release of Slick you're currently on, and allow us to determine if the issue you're facing is a problem that we've solved in a later update than what you're running! Clicking on this option will bring the version number up in a way you can select and copy and paste, or you can take a screenshot and send it to our customer service representative that way!
Clearing the Cache
Another option which appears when you click the version number is "Clear Cache". If an update refuses to trigger or install clearing the cache by clicking the button (then refreshing the page) can sometimes get the update to trigger!
