As a cloud-based system, Slick updates are pushed automatically via your internet browser. No need to download or install anything.
If you cannot get your system onto the latest version (if you aren't sure what the latest version is - please contact the Customer support team via the chat bubble for confirmation) then please follow the steps below...
Close all tabs
1 - Close all tabs on your browser.
You do this by pressing the x here on Chrome desktop.
You do this by selecting the tabs stack on the bottom right and then the x here on all tabs on your mobile on Safari.
Clear your history
2 - Once all tabs are closed go to history and clear all history on your browser.
You do this by clicking the 3 dots - History - Clear browsing data on your Chrome desktop.
You do this by going to the 'book' icon - Clear - 'Clear history' on your mobile on Safari.
Open a new tab and login
3 - Open a new tab on your chosen browser, go to www.getslick.com and log in again!
This will ensure you're on a squeaky clean version!
