View/download your VAT report

You can see how much VAT you have paid from Business reports - Monthly Dashboard. This is separated out by total revenue, services, retail and no shows.

To download click on 'Download to excel'.

View/download your Stripe fees invoice

To access your fees invoice please go to Menu - Daily Cash up.

Adjust the date or date range at the top of the cash up page.

You will then see the 'Download Stripe fees' button pop up below the 'Card via SlickPay' on the right hand side of the cash up.

Please note - this button will only be visible on days you have taken payments via SlickPay.

Once you click on 'Download Stripe fees' a PDF document of the fees you have paid will be generated and saved to your downloads.

For clarity, you can cross-verify details with the Daily Cash-Up Page in your Slick app. Amex fees, being transaction-specific, are generally included under Card via Slick Pay.

Self employed stylist invoice

Please follow the same steps above to download your fees invoice as a self employed stylist. Do note, this invoice will download with your name and not the salon details themselves for your own records.

Understanding the report

It looks like this ⬇️

  • VAT on fees is the amount of VAT paid on these transactions.

  • Fees inc VAT is the total amount of fees you have been charged for this type of transaction.
