If you are looking to download a report stating your fees including and excluding VAT for SlickPay payments then find out how to do so here!

⬇️

Downloading the report

To access your fees invoice please go to Menu - Daily Cash up.

Adjust the date or date range at the top of the cash up page.

You will then see the 'Stripe fees invoice' button pop up below the 'SlickPay via Stripe' on the right hand side of the cash up.

Please note - this button will only be visible on days you have taken payments via SlickPay.

Once you click on 'Stripe fees invoice' a PDF document of the fees you have paid will be generated and saved to your downloads.

Self employed stylist invoice

Please follow the same steps above to download your fees invoice as a self employed stylist. Do note, this invoice will download with your name and not the salon details themselves for your own records.

Understanding the report

It looks like this ⬇️

Find out below how the report is broken down!

  • VAT on fees is the amount of VAT paid on these transactions.

  • Fees inc VAT is the total amount of fees you have been charged for this type of transaction.
