Selling your salon.

To entirely remove the Stripe account please send us a message via the Live Chat and our technical team will remove entirely the link between your Slick salon and Stripe accounts.

Find out more information on what you need to do to transfer Slick if you're selling your business here.

Changing bank details.

To change the bank into which your SlickPay payments are paid into, please go to menu - online booking and payments.

Here you can select 'View my Stripe dashboard'.

Login and go to your Account Profile by selecting the person emoticon at top right.

Select on 'Slick Pay' under Payout details

Please note you can only have one bank account in each currency. To update a GBP account, select the edit button on the right.

If the old account has previously received a successful payout, Express users will be required to enter their previous external bank account details and a 6-digit SMS verification code to make any edits.

Please follow the instructions from Stripe's customer support here to find out how to update existing bank details.

The quickest way is to setup a new account. It is not currently possible to amend your business type on a Stripe account.

Our advice is to detach your current Stripe account. To entirely remove the Stripe account please send us a message via the Live Chat and our technical team will remove entirely the link between your Slick salon and Stripe accounts.

You can then setup a new Stripe account with a different version of your email (ie salonname+slick@gmail) and select the correct business type. Please note that your mobile number and bank account details and everything else can be the same.
