After you have set up your Stripe account, they will ask you for verification. Please find information in the Stripe support article here as to what you will need to verify your account with Stripe.
Please note, if you lose access to your Stripe account for any reason - such as change of mobile number or lack of proof of identity that our agents are equipped to advise you on how to amend and will do their best to advise but we CANNOT grant you access to your Stripe account or release funds at your request. These processes are controlled by Stripe directly and as they are a secure financial institution these processes are deemed necessary to ensure security of your funds and financial information.
