Using a SlickPay card reader? Need to process a refund?
Find out here the super easy way to process a refund!
To refund the client, firstly you need to go to Menu - Cash up.
Scroll down to Client bills where you will see all of your checked out appointments for this day.
When you have found the bill, select 'Refund/Edit' on the far right.
You will then see this window.
If the client paid card in store via your SlickPay card reader, this will refund them the same amount they paid in store. Simple!
Please note, if the client paid part cash/other then you will need to manually refund this amount to the client. SlickPay will return the amount paid via your SlickPay card reader.
If you want to make edits to this appointment, then you can select 'Re check out' on the far right where you had previously seen 'Refund/edit'.
