How to edit a bill after check out.

Made a mistake on the bill? Find out how to change payment type/staff member or add discounts and retail products.

To edit the client bill, firstly you need to go to Menu - Daily Cash up.

Scroll down to Client bills where you will see all of your checked out appointments for this day.

When you have found the bill, select 'Refund/Edit' on the far right.

๐Ÿšจ Please note - if the client paid through your SlickPay card reader, this will refund the client. Please ensure the client is present to tap their card again to make their payment once more.

You will then see this button change to 'Re check out'.

If you click this, you can made the necessary edits to the client bill including the payment type, staff member, add retail and discounts. Once you select 'Complete' at the check out, this new bill will now be available in the client bills section of the cash up.


What if my client paid a deposit?

If your client paid a deposit, this will be added to their client profile. You will be notified of the exact amount refunded to the client (card in store/cash or other) and the deposit amount that has gone back onto the profile on the cash up.

Here in red you can see the amount refunded.

If you hover over the (i) tooltip, you will see the amount deposited back onto the client account to be used for their next appointment.
