How to change your subscription plan with Slick.

Upgrading your subscription

If you wish to save money and take advantage of our Advanced or Supercharged subscription plans then you can upgrade your plan quickly and easily.

  • Please head to Staff & Business settings - Account billing from the Menu.

  • Here you will see the 3 plans. You can choose your upgrade by clicking Upgrade Now.

You will be prompted to confirm this upgrade like so ↓

When do upgrades take effect?

Your upgrade will take effect immediately and the free SMS marketing credits will be automatically added to your account.


Downgrading your subscription

To downgrade your subscription, please contact Customer Support via Live Chat who will put you in touch with our team who will be able to advise on the best possible plan for your needs.

When do downgrades take effect?

Any downgrades will be reflected in the following month's subscription charge.

I.e if you downgrade your account on 15th of the month, you will still benefit from the features and credits on that plan until the 1st of the following month.
