Slick offers various pricing plans, including the Essential plan specifically designed for sole traders, which makes it a cost-effective choice for small business owners seeking basic features.
Each package includes unlimited text reminders, unlimited online bookings and a FREE bundle of marketing texts. The Essential and Advanced pricing packages are based on number of columns required.
Please note that all prices are subject to VAT, which may increase the total cost shown during billing.
The Essential package does not include Digital Appointment Cards, 1-2-1 business coaching or free setup and transfer of client data from your old system hence why our Advanced package is the most popular and cost effective.
For sole traders, the Essential plan offers key tools and features at an affordable rate, making it ideal for small-scale operations.

Optional add-ons
Digital Appointment Cards are included in every package, bar the Essential package, but these can be added on per number of columns.
All packages include a bundle of text messages however further bundles can also be purchased on an ad-hoc basis if you need to send a large campaign.

If you notice discrepancies in your subscription charges, they might stem from being on a higher-tier plan or unaccounted VAT charges. To address this, check your subscription details or reach out to our support team for clarification.

We know business needs can change which is why we don't believe in lengthy contracts with expensive exit fees. You can amend your plan or cancel any time and we'll pro-rate your next monthly bill to reflect this, so you only pay for exactly what you use!

Managing Your Subscription Plan
If you believe your current plan doesn’t suit your needs or budget, here’s how to change it:
Log into your Slick account.
Go to the menu - staff and business settings - account billing.
Review your current plan details, including features and charges.
Choose a plan that better matches your business requirements and select the plan from this page.
If you're looking to downgrade please message our customer support team via live chat to get a call scheduled with your account manager.
Hardware
Salons will need to procure their own hardware - a computer, laptop, tablet or phone - in order to use our software. Slick does not provide free hardware but recommends using Apple products with Chrome or Safari browsers for optimum experience of the software.
Salons will also need to have their own internet connection to run the software - standard wifi or a mobile wifi dongle.
