Why do I get free SMS credits?

Accounts on Essential, Advanced & Supercharged plan are allocated free SMS credits

If you are on the Essential, Advanced or Supercharged plan, you will be allocated free SMS credits each month as part of your subscription.

You can check your current plan by going to

  • Menu

  • Staff & Business settings

  • Account Billing.

    Your plan will be shown at the top like this πŸ‘‡πŸ½


Why do I get free marketing credits?

At Slick we want to arm you with the tools you need to manage and grow your business! This is why these plans include free marketing credits to help you discover the powers of SMS blast communication!

How many credits do i get?

Essential: 50 credits per month

Advanced: 500 credits per month

Supercharged: 2000 credits per month


Do these expire?

Yes, free credits expire at the end of each calendar month. Any credits purchased will roll over and have no expiry date?


I need more credits, how do i buy more?

Additional credits can be bought from the Clients & Marketing page.

Only Managers can buy 500 or 2000 SMS bundles.


My plan is shown as Custom, what does this mean?

Annual or fixed price plans do not include free SMS credits. If you wish to upgrade your account to Essential, Advanced or Supercharged then you can do this from Settings/ Billing or speak to Slick Customer Support via Live Chat
