To purchase SMS credits this can be done as follows:
Going to Clients, Notifications & Marketing
Click Get More SMS Credit
Choose 1 of the 3 bundles
Click Confirm
Credit can also be purchase at any time when you run out and try to send a message. You will be prompted when you do not have sufficient credit to fund the volume of messages you are sending.
How can i check my balance?
At the top of the Clients page you will see your balance
After each message has been sent you will also see your balance.
How do are these invoiced?
The amount displayed + VAT will be invoiced to your card on file immediately.
This will be separate from your monthly subscription which is billed on 1st of each month.
What messages do these cover?
SMS credits are used for the following areas of client communication:
Ad hoc messages sent to individual clients from Notification or bookings
Deposit request messages
Mass communications sent from the Clients, Notifications & Marketing tool
Automated communications sent from the Auto Client Connect tool
GDPR messages that are sent the first time a client receives 1 of the above messages
What messages are excluded?
You do not need SMS credit for the following client messages
SMS reminders are included for free in all plans π
Digital Appointment cards are included for free in Advanced & Supercharged plans. These are an optional extra for those on Essential or other plans

Why offer bundles not per SMS pricing?
Bundles allow you to stay in control and set a budget. Purchase 50/500/2000 credits and you know what you have bought and what you have to work with! No danger of racking up a large bill
Will i lose them if i don't use them?
No! Any credits you purchase will simply roll over from 1 month to the next. No expiry date!
Who can purchase bundles?
Receptionist / Stylist level users can only purchase 50 credit bundles
Manager level users can only purchase 50/500/2000 credit bundles
Be transparent, what is the cost per SMS?
We are transparent: SMS bundles are equivalent to 7p + VAT per message.
