Where to enter card details to pay for Slick.

Billing for Slick is done on a monthly rolling basis, meaning you're not tied into a lengthy contract so if your circumstances change, you can cancel at any time. However if you would like to enter an annual contract to benefit from a discounted rate for the core package and text reminders, click here or contact us via the chat bubble for a tailored quote.


Set up your card details

Firstly, go to Staff & Business settings.


โ€‹Please note, to view the billing page you must be logged in with Manager level access as Account Billing is not visible from Receptionist level logins.

Then go to Account billing.

You will see your subscription type at the top of your Account Billing page, which will show you what is included in your current plan in comparison to other available plans.

Enter the account holder name and email into the fields under 'Your billing details'.

Once you have clicked 'Add Card Details' you will see the below window. Add the details and click on "save changes"

Once your details are in, there's nothing more to do - you will be automatically billed each month and an invoice receipt will be emailed to your address provided.

Edit your card details

To edit your card details go to Staff & Business settings - Account billing.

Viewing your invoices

You can also see a copy of all of your invoices by clicking ' View Invoices' which is located on the top of the account billing page.

Invoice date - The date that the invoice was generated by Slick.

Period covered - What dates does this invoice cover. This will refer to the dates for subscription payments to cover access to Slick.

Status - Was this paid or is this

Type - Subscription is your access to Slick. SMS bundle are for SMS you have bought in packages. SMS Auto top-up relates to your auto top up from auto client connect and bolt on top ups. Want to know more? Message customer support on Live chat.

Amount exc. VAT - This is the amount paid excluding VAT.

Amount inc. VAT - This is the amount paid including VAT.

Amount refunded - If a refund has been generated you will see the amount refunded here.

Date paid - When did you pay this amount from your bank.

Date refunded - If you have been issued a full or part refund it will show the date here.

Your first invoice will be raised 1 month after you enter your card details. Thereafter, you will be charged on the 1st of the month.
