How to cancel an appointment

  • Online booking clients can cancel their bookings online as long as they do this before your cancellation period. After this, they will need to call you directly to cancel.
    To change your cancellation period, head to 'Online Bookings E vouchers & Payments' and 'Policy&Terms' and then Cancellation policy & Terms.

  • Clients can also cancel via their SMS reminders by replying with an 'N'. If you would like to check this feature please go to 'Clients, notifications and marketing' and 'Notifications'.

  • Bookings can be cancelled in-store by clicking on the booking, Click 'Manage' at the bottom and then 'Cancel'.

  • After cancelling, you will be given the option to re-book the client in or send them an SMS asking them to re-book themselves in.


Check for cancellations

If you would like to view how many and the value of cancellations in your salon go to the handy KPI report under menu - Staff KPI's & Hours.

If you do not have the KPI's added for cancellations then you need to add them from 'HR & Team management' - Customise KPI's.

If you don't have access to this then please ask your account owner/manager to amend this for you. More info here!

If cancelled appointments are automatically removed from your calendar then you can change this from selecting the wheel on the top right of the calendar and scroll down to the section 'No shows and cancellations'.
