We advise using Slick's built in forms to ensure that your consultation forms are sent alongside any appointment for which they are needed! Automatic Slick-sent forms are your best bet to stay compliant.
Firstly, you'll need to set up a Jotform account and create any forms required for your salon.
Add your consultation form to send to clients
To add your consultation forms to send to clients, message the Customer Support team via Live chat and they'll add your form for you.
Once added - this will give you the option to send the form via Slick's text messaging service as you see here! This is from the messaging section on the Client Profile.
Add your consultation forms to client profiles
Open up the client profile and select 'Forms' here and then copy/paste the form link in to the text box here.
