Viewing booking history and payments in the client profile

How to view a client's past and future bookings, check payment details, and manage bookings from the new client profile.

The Bookings tab

The client profile now has a dedicated 'Bookings' tab where you can see all of a client's appointments in one place.

The tab is split into two views:

  • Future β€” upcoming appointments (shown by default).

  • Past β€” previous appointments and their details.

Viewing future bookings

When you open the Bookings tab, you'll see the client's upcoming appointments first. This gives you a quick overview of what's scheduled.

Viewing past bookings

Switch to the 'Past' view to see previous appointments. For each past booking, you can see:

  • Any price changes or discounts applied.

  • Payment status β€” whether the booking has been paid, and any tips.

  • Booking source β€” how the appointment was made (e.g. online, in-salon).

  • Payment method used.

Managing payments

For bookings that have already been paid, click 'View Payment' to open the sales receipt.

For unpaid bookings, click 'Manage Booking' to open the booking panel where you can take payment or make changes.
