What's new?

We've redesigned the client profile to make it easier to find what you need, faster. Here's what's changed:

  • A cleaner layout — updated design with better spacing and clear sections so you can see everything at a glance.

  • More visible Card on file — if a client has a card saved, you'll now see a visual card representation instead of just the last four digits.

  • Profile pictures — you can now add or change a client's profile photo.

  • Pronouns — select up to four pronouns per client. Learn more about pronouns here.

  • Source field — track where a client came from (e.g. walk-in, referral, online).

  • Next appointment — the client's next upcoming booking is now shown prominently at the top, alongside total appointments, no-shows, and cancellations.

New tabs

The client profile now uses a tab system to keep things organised. Here's what you'll find in each tab:

  • Bookings — view future and past bookings, with payment details and booking source. Learn more about booking history here.

  • Notes — client notes now include a log of who made changes, along with the date and time.

  • Messages — see SMS and email communication history with each client. Learn more about message logs here.

  • Sales — view product sales for this client. Vouchers will be added in a future update.

  • Patch Test — manage patch test records as before.

Managing a client

Click 'Manage' at the top of the profile to:

  • Edit client details — update name, contact info, tags, and source.

  • Block a client from online booking — this sends a generic message about online booking availability. The client won't know they've been blocked specifically. Learn more about blocking clients here.
