How to enable services for a patch test on online booking.

Add a patch test booking prompt to get clients patch tests booked in before they book their service time/date.

Slick can prompt clients to select if they have or had not had a patch test. As this is a legal requirement, we know it's important to get it right and keep everyone safe!

To enable a patch test for your services just follow the 2 steps below!

1 - Go to Online booking and payments and scroll down to 'Services requiring a patch test'.

2 - Tick the box next to services you want clients to book a patch test for!


When a client is booking one of these services they will select their service and staff members followed by the below prompt!


Please note that, to maximise the number of available slots your client sees and get the most amount of bums on seats, we allow patch tests to be booked over other appointments. If you would prefer for patch tests not to be booked over other appointments, please talk to customer support who can turn on this setting for you.
