If a stylist or member of staff has their own login and password, simply go into permissions and deactivate them.

  • Select 'Staff profiles & logins'.

  • After selecting the stylist you would like to remove access for, hit the toggle on 'Remote login with email' to disable their access on the pop up below.

  • Alternatively, you can simply hit 'Delete' to remove the stylist and instantly disable their access.

You have shared login details

If all stylists in your salon use one login you will need to change your current password.ย

  • Go to the Menu in the top left hand corner of your screen, open it and click Staff & Business settings

  • Click on "Email & Password"

  • Click "Change Password" and update your password then 'Save password' here.

If a user tries to log in again they will be asked to enter the password

Note: For any users still logged in on another device, this will not log out any users automatically. You need to contact the staff member and ask them to log out from their device.

They will be force logged out within 24 hours anyway and asked to provide the password.
