Online booking is an amazing tool to help you fill slots in your calendar. Check out on this step by step how to enable yours and get those bookings flowing in!

If you would like to take deposits or no show fees from online bookings you will need to have your Stripe account set up. Find out how to set that up here as a Company or as a Freelancer.

Enabling your online booking

  • Go to online booking, E-vouchers and payments.

  • Enable the toggle here for online booking.

  • Please note, to enable online booking you need to select your days, staff and services that you would like available to book online.

  • Online business hours need to be ticked here - these are the days that clients can book their appointments into your calendar.

Please note - if the ticks appear light purple as you see here, online booking is not yet fully enabled. Online booking is only fully LIVE when the ticks are dark as you see here.

  • Online services and staff members need to be selected here. To enable a service simply tick the box next to the service name or to enable a full category slide the toggle to the right of the category name!

  • When at least one service has been enabled, the profile appears like this!

Once you have enabled at least one service and one day for online bookings to be made, your online booking will be live and you can start sharing your link with clients!

Find out here how to send a marketing blast to let clients know you have a new, easy way to book. We also advise adding your 'Book now' buttons to your Instagram and Facebook to make the process even easier for your clients!
