If your staff would like to have individual online booking links to share directly with clients, on their Instagram bio or Facebook posts or you would like to share category links for some staff then please follow the steps here!
Step by step to get your individual online booking link.
If adding for a category skip this part!
Firstly, you need to set up a new category for the staff member's online services.
Find out here how to set up a new category.
🚩 PLEASE NOTE - The category cannot have & symbols in the title.
You can add this from Staff and business Settings - Service prices and timings - Add another category. We suggest naming it something like "Staff name Online" or "Staff name's clients".
Add the services you want to be bookable online for this staff member! Find out how to add the services here.
Next, ensure the correct times and prices are added to the job title assigned to this staff member.
You can check their job title from Staff and business Settings - Staff access and column setup.
Now you need to enable this category to be booked online! You do this from Online booking and payments - Step 2: Online staff and services.
Scroll down to the staff member you are setting up and ensure they have the services from their NEW online category enabled!
It will look like this! ⬇️
Now to generate the link
You need your SALON booking link first.
EXAMPLE - https://book.getslick.com/#/salon/818

Take this link and add the following at the end...
?categoryName=

Then put the category name after the = sign.
If there are spaces, use "%20" instead of a space.

Please note - The link is CASE SENSITIVE so please only type the category name exactly as it is saved on your service prices and timings.
That's all! This link will now bring you directly to your individual online booking or category link and will look like this!
Please note that only one link per salon can be assigned to the 'Book now' buttons on Facebook and Instagram. To find out how to assign this please follow the steps here!
However, you can add the individual booking link you just created to the bio of your Instagram and add to any social media posts by just copy and pasting!
