How to add a client.

Add your new or existing customers into Slick and create their client profile.

Adding your clients is super quick with Slick - you can either add a new client as you make a booking or enter a new client straight from the calendar in just a few steps.

  • Click on the "Clients" button in the top right corner of the calendar.

  • Then simply start typing in the name of the client you want to add and you will see the option to "Add a new client" - click on this.

  • Now, just click on each box to enter your client's details!ย 

    If you don't have their mobile number, only a landline, you can leave the mobile field blank and pop their landline number into the "Alternative number" field.

  • Scroll to the bottom to enter client notes and birthday (optional) and then just press the purple "Save new client" button. You have created the client profile!

  • You can now use the toggles to switch Text reminders off or marketing opt-in on (when the toggle is purple, it's on!) and there's also the option to add in patch test details.
