Not yet. Although we’ve tested it and our experience shows that those who didn’t reply the first time are unlikely to reply to a second text. So you’re probably best off giving them a call to confirm and maybe asking them to reply next time :)
Please note, if a client has already been sent their SMS reminder and their booking is then moved, they will not receive a second SMS. However, you can confirm any changes via an additional SMS that can be sent directly from their booking.
