Client - Manage, cancel, or modify appointments

If you need to reschedule or make changes to your appointment, you'll need to contact the salon directly.

Cancellation can be done via your Slick login depending on the proximity to the appointment and your salon's policies.

Cancelling an Appointment

To cancel your appointment, log in to the Slick client portal here.

  • Select bookings in the middle at the top of the page.

  • Click the appointment you want to cancel.

  • Select 'Cancel/Edit' appointment from the bottom of this page.

  • Confirm the cancellation on the next window.

Rescheduling an Appointment

If you'd like to move your appointment to a different date or time, contact the salon directly to arrange a new booking time.

If you need the salon's contact details, simply provide the salon name and postcode to Slick support.

Changing Appointment Details

If you need to make any changes to your appointment, such as:

  • Changing your service

  • Updating booking details

  • Making changes after paying a deposit

Please contact the salon directly and they will be able to assist you.

Recurring Appointments

If you have a recurring appointment set up, you'll need to contact the salon to make changes to the schedule, services or frequency.

Rebooking an Appointment

If you've already cancelled an appointment and would like to book again, simply create a new booking through the salon's online booking calendar.
