Who can access Slick Email?

Any Manager on the Advanced or Supercharged plan.

Multiple managers can access Slick Email. Each manager has their own login, but they share the same Slick Email account for the salon.


Can I send from my salon’s own email address?

No - due to new email authentication rules.

All emails send from @slicksalon.com, but you can customise:

✔ Your From Name

✔ Your Reply-to email


Where do I see campaign results?

In Slick → Sent Emails

(May take up to 10 minutes to update.)


What if my email/password isn't recognised?

If you see this error then just scroll down to 'Forgot your password?' and reset your login details for Slick Email.
