Client - Reset password

If your client has forgotten their password - send them this article.

Firstly, open up the booking link of the salon you want to book with. Click Profile in the top left!

Then click 'Forgot password?' just below the password field.

Enter your mobile number and then click 'Send code'.

You'll receive your code to your linked email address like so.

You can then enter this code on Slick. You'll then be prompted to enter and save a new password.

Once you submit you'll see the 'success' message here on the right and you can log in using your new password.
