Making changes to existing bookings

Change time, price or add/remove services from a booking that is already in the calendar.

Step by step

  • Click on the booking on the calendar to open up the booking modal!

  • Click manage at the bottom of this window!

  • Click 'edit' at the top.

  • On the edit window you can -

    • Change the date and time of the entire booking here.

    • Edit the existing service price/timing and start time or staff member here. You can also remove by clicking 'remove'!

    • Add a new service by clicking 'add service' or select one of this client is frequently booked services here also!!

    • As you see above, you can also add booking notes to share any info with the team that you may need to. For example, "this client likes to buy retail, make sure to ask at check out" or "This client has XYZ colour last time and it was too light, ensure to ask again on shades!".

  • Once you have made any edits to existing services and have added any additional ones just save the booking to see these reflected in the calendar!
