Our system will automatically retry until the payment is successful!
If you'd rather pay this manually, then follow the steps below.
Step by step
Go to menu - Staff and Business settings
βClick on Account billing
βScroll down to "Your invoices"
βFind the outstanding invoice and click on the download button on the far right, as you see here.
Once downloaded, open the file. There you will see this button 'pay invoice'.. simply click this button and then follow the steps to make the payment manually.
