Can I choose who accesses KPIs?

Yes! You can choose different levels of customisation depending on your requirements

  • which staff members can view their own KPIs

  • which staff members can view all KPIs

  • which staff members can edit which KPIs are shown

Staff will need their own 4-digit PIN code to access the KPI report

What KPIs can I see?

You can choose which KPIs staff can see. These will be shown for each staff member (where relevaant) AND for total business. The list of KPIs to select is below

Can I see different periods?

Yes! You have quick buttons to easily navigate to the most popular periods. This makes viewing KPIs for you and the team quick and hassle-free!

Staff and Chair Renters can easily see what they have taken and are forecasted to take in seconds which helps you motivate and incentivise them.

You can also run reports on any custom date range to suit your needs.


Can I use this to forecast?

Yes! Staff can choose Next Month, Next Week, Tomorrow or future date range to see KPIs such as forecasted occupancy, forecasted appointment value, number of clients etc.

Can I compare periods?

Stay tuned because we're bringing this feature out in KPI reports later this year! You will be able to compare Last Month vs Last Year to see if the business has grown or performance has improved. You choose the date range!
