If your client has tried to book an appointment online but can't find the slot they want, they can now get booked onto your waitlist!

1. Once the client has arrived at your online booking front page, they can select the service they wish to book:

2. The client will then be asked to choose an available slot. If they can't find a suitable time, they can choose 'Add me to Waitlist':

3. They will then be shown all available waitlist time slots:

4. Once selected, your client will then need to choose which waitlist they would like to book onto. There may just be one, or you may have a waitlist for each column in your Slick calendar:

5. On the next page, your client will have an opportunity to send you any details relevant to their waitlist request:

6. Clients will then need to enter their login details, or create an account if this is their first time booking online:

7. Your client is now booked onto your waitlist! If you have online deposits switched on, your client will not be asked to pay anything up front for their waitlist booking. Deposits can be requested once a booking has been confirmed
