How do I take a Screenshot on Windows?
How do I take a Screenshot on Windows?

It's useful for us to see what you're seeing to help solve problems. Take a screenshot or "Print Screen" and send it to us on the live chat!

Sometimes we may need to see what's actually appearing on your screen in order to know what's actually going on.

  • By pressing the "Print Screen" key (or "PrtSc" on laptops) you can put an image of your current screen onto the clip-board!

  • You can then paste this into the chat you're having with the customer service representative by clicking on "write a reply", then pressing the "CTRL" and "V" keys at the same time.

  • Alternatively you can right-click and select "Paste" on the menu that appears!ย

This may seem like it doesn't do much but having a visual aid to help us understand what's happening can help us diagnose the issue immensely!
