Here is how you can take a screenshot on your Macbook or iMa
To screenshot the entire screen, simultaneously hold down "Shift" + "Command" + "3".
The screenshot will be saved automatically to your desktop.
Add your screenshot to a live chat conversation
To share the screenshot with our customer service team, open the chat bubble and click on the paperclip in the bottom right.
This will open up your files and folders in "Finder". Make sure you select Desktop on the left, then select the screenshot you want, and click "Open" to add it to the conversation.
Hint: To find the right screenshot from your Desktop folder, hit the space bar on your keyboard and this will bring up a preview. Use the up/down arrows to scroll through your screenshots in preview mode to find the right one!
