Sometimes we may need to see what's actually appearing on your screen in order to know what's actually going on.
- By pressing the "Print Screen" key (or "PrtSc" on laptops) you can put an image of your current screen onto the clip-board! 
- You can then paste this into the chat you're having with the customer service representative by clicking on "write a reply", then pressing the "CTRL" and "V" keys at the same time. 
- Alternatively you can right-click and select "Paste" on the menu that appears!Β 
This may seem like it doesn't do much but having a visual aid to help us understand what's happening can help us diagnose the issue immensely!
